Rooted in her strong faith in God and love for her family, Mel opened Mel's Coffee House to share her passion with others. Originally located in De Pere, Mel left her first location in 2014 to spend more time with her family. Utilizing one of the town's historic buildings known as the Melchert building, she's back to share her passion with the Seymour community.

Whether you're in the mood for Mel's homemade chicken salad or a freshly brewed cup of coffee, Mel's is the place. All of our products are made to order with love and care. Keeping our business local, our beans come from La Java, a roastery in Green Bay.

You may stop at Mel's out of curiosity or your love for coffee but, you'll end up staying for the conversation and that unexplainable feeling you get while you're here.
